This website stores nothing about you.

Forms. The application, referral, waitlist, and contact forms on this site don't save anything on our servers. When you press Send, they open your own email app with the text filled in; the message is sent from your account to info@myverasplace.com. If you use "Copy instead," the text goes to your clipboard and nowhere else.

The Worx! referral link. Links to the The Worx! Recovery Housing Bridge Program go to a page run by The Worx!, a community partner in the Resource Advocacy Network. A referral submitted there is stored in The Worx! CRM, not on this site, and is governed by The Worx!'s own privacy practices. The link carries a "source=verasplace" tag so The Worx! knows the referral came from this website; it contains nothing about you.

What we ask for. The minimum needed to start a conversation: a name, a way to reply, which house, and timing. We don't ask for diagnoses, medications beyond MAT type, or clinical history on any web form; that belongs to the screening conversation.

Email. Email isn't an encrypted channel. Agencies that require secure transmission should send the same information through their secure email system.

Cookies and analytics. The site sets no tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting page analytics later, it will be aggregate counts only and this page will say so.

Residents' privacy. We publish the office address, not the houses' street addresses, and share a house address only after screening. We never publish residents' names, faces, or stories without written consent.
